I stayed for 1 night and it was fine.

This place offered reasonable prices. We had a good stay in Warlingham right by Warlingham which was a 5 minute taxi ride away, bus stop or station and the shops. It was handy in the middle of the city. The beds were extremely comfy to sleep in.

No parking.

The rooms were lovely and there was a kitchenette.

I recommend to book it.

I recently stayed at the charming Studio Garden Flat for a short break. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided an abundance of amenities that went above and beyond what you would typically find at a hotel. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and boasted stunning views from the patio door. It was cozy and quiet, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I will definitely be returning for another enjoyable stay!

The prices here were surprisingly affordable, and we had a great time during our one-night stay with a comfortable bed and beautiful views of the valley and forest.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful location. The flat had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a bath, and tea and coffee supplies. The host, Fabian, went above and beyond by providing breakfast items like cereal, milk, bread, and spreads. The cleanliness, peacefulness, and privacy of the room were also top-notch. a great experience with a friendly and accommodating host.
